My netflix got stuck on the same page even though the rest of my device was working completely fine and this was my macbook air. I quickly called the netflix support and they told me that screen freezing means there's information stored on your device that needs to be refreshed. Even though i'm not tech-savvy, I had to clear all the cookies from my safari browser and it was surprisingly very easy. FOR MORE INFO :- NETFLIX SCREEN FREEZING
